Key Account Manager (Ginee) [Thailand]


 

5-day remote work week collaborating with teams from Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore, proficiency in English required.

Job summary:

Take charge of client onboarding and cultivate merchant relationships to boost sales. Generate new sales, track progress using metrics, and address client requirements. Oversee daily operations, enhance product usage, and collaborate across teams to enhance business performance.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the onboarding process of the new clients
  • Establish a close relationship with active merchants, maintain merchants daily
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress to internal stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements and escalate merchants’ product demands
  • Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
  • Output the strategy and implement an active campaign to encourage merchants to use products, and be responsible for the Daily Active User of merchants
  • Cooperate with social media marketing, product development, and other departments to improve business operations
  • Make recommendations for business performance improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, sales or relevant fields
  • Strong command of English and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a professional business start-up environment
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Proficient in technology especially Google Suite applications
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, New-Grad, Permanent

Salary: ฿20,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month
