Responsibilities
1.Store Operations:
- To be responsible for the store image and showroom cleanliness, ensuring store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives
- To be responsible for weekly delivery, stock maintenance and stock replenishment
2.Sales and Customer Service:
- To be aware of the store sales target and strives to meet the target
- To ensure customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales skill and after sales service
- To be aware of the customer profile, strive to discover customers' needs and provide professional advice and assistance to customers in the store
3.Others:
- To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products and their features, benefits, and usage to effectively respond to customers' enquiries
- To support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager
- To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team
Requirments
- 2-4 years experience in retail -Uniforms must be worn during working hours
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills -Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality
- Customer-focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
