About the job
As a Product Owner, you play a crucial role in advancing our HR Information System (HR IS). Joining a dynamic team, you'll focus on Talent Acquisition, collaborating with Product Owners specialising in Workforce Administration, Talent & Performance Management, and Compensation. This position is available in Lund, Tumba, Stockholm, or Krakow, with the hiring manager based in Lund.
Key tasks:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR and IT, bridging the gap between business and technology.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges.
  • Lead and support an Agile development team of Workday experts.
  • Coordinate, analyze, design, configure, test, deploy, and support solutions.
  • Project management of activities and deliveries.

What you know
Extensive knowledge of Workday and the HCM module is required. Deep understanding of Workforce Administration processes and all HR processes is key. Proficiency in technology and business, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English is a must.
Project management experience is advantageous, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
