Zing AI Coach is a digital fitness companion app that can make a fitness program for you and motivate, educate, and help you achieve your fitness goals. 2 years ago, we launched the company to create the first AI-powered fitness product to replace the personal trainer's function and successfully succeeded with that vision. We develop breakthrough AI solutions that combine deep knowledge of the user's condition with comprehensive competencies in fitness.

Scope of work
Strategize and advise the company's c-suite and department managers to help align the HR agenda with business goals.
Managing TA team and handling onboarding processes.
Benefit plan selection, enrollment, and administration.
Compliance management.
Workplace culture.
Conduct or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leaves, and others.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.

We expect that you have
At least 5 years of traditional HR experience in areas such as talent acquisition, people management, and benefits administration.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
