Executive & Research Assistant
Responsibilities
The job holder will provide high-level administrative, content and research assistance to the Partners.
More specifically she/he will:
- Assist with client matters (research and drafting of documents) and business development as required
- Attend meetings as required to keep up to date with firmwide procedures, current files, and issues
- Deal with internal, client calls and calls from Embassies and the broad public sector worldwide with in a timely, confident, and polite manner
- Manage calendars, and schedule meetings and conference calls with clients and the public sector worldwide
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and monitor emails promptly
- Establish and maintain effective and accurate filing systems (both hard copy and electronic)
- Keep contact details up to date
- Produce, format, and edit documents, and prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Monitor the billing process as required
Requirements
- University degree in Law / Political sciences / International studies (or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Shipping a valuable asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English – Further languages are substantial asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
- Tactical reasoning & problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Located in reasonable distance from our offices in Kifisia
- Committed team player, reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
