Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the IT industry.
Analyze market data and customer insights to develop strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

Client Engagement: Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector through networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to propose tailored IT solutions that address their requirements.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with partners to create joint value propositions and expand the company's reach in the market.

Solution Presentation and Proposal: Effectively communicate the company's IT offerings to clients, both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.

Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to closure.
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Regularly update sales forecasts and provide accurate reports to management.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and contracts while adhering to company pricing and terms.

Continuous Learning and Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
Continuously enhance knowledge of the company's offerings and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closure skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ethical and professional conduct in all business interactions.

Location: 22-MB Military Accounts Society, Near Ameer Chowk, Lahore.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: From Rs45,000.00 per month
