KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, set up, and monitor paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and user engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid social strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring they are on track and delivering desired results.
- Reviewing and interpreting data from various analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for campaign enhancement.
- Coordinating with the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience as an Associate in Paid Social.
- A strong desire to stay updated on the latest paid social trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail when setting up campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Comfortable working with data to draw actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Capable of managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Clear and concise communication to convey campaign performance, recommendations, and challenges.
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Positive and friendly attitude.
