The Finnish Direct Retail & Consumer Care team is now looking for a Commercial Deployment Executive to strengthen their team.

The purpose of this role is to build the awareness of our Smoke Free Products (SFP) in the Finnish market. This includes, but not limited to, our direct retail channels, event collaborations, HoReCa channel and others. The aim is to bring about the knowledge and normalization of the SFP portfolio of PMI to the hands of legal age consumers, while optimizing and improving the consumer experience.

This is achieved through excellence in handling 3rd party collaborators, whether partners or supporting functions and key KPIs on consumer interactions and sales.


Main Accountabilities:

  • Planning, driving & monitoring SFP deployment in line with the overall business strategy and ambitions in various (direct) channels as well as in others, when so required
  • Scouting for opportunities and opening doors (with the support of the supervisor) for appropriate collaborations in this context
  • By monitoring and recording consumer feedback from the channels available, draw insights and propose actions to make an impact in the SFP normalization in the Finnish market
  • Training of 3rd party staff or partner staff on our SFP brands and products to ensure excellent consumer experience. Preparation of the training materials together with the commercial planning team
  • On the field deployment of selling units & other materials, as well as coaching and assisting of 3rd party staff or partner staff in the daily interactions with consumers
  • Reporting and monitoring of the quantitative and qualitative results on a weekly basis of our SFP performance in line with the set KPIs in the relevant channels



Who you are:

  • Completed College/University degree
  • +2 years of working experience in sales, consumer care or consumer experience related roles
  • Fluency in English and Finnish is required for this role
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong planning skills and ability to lead multiple projects at the same time.


This role is parental leave coverage role with a duration of 12 months.
